UPSC Recruitment 2024 Combined Geo Scientist Examination 2025 for 85 Posts Online Application
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for Combined Geo Scientist Examination 2025. Mode of Recruitment :
The Combined Geo-Scientist Examination will be conducted in three stages.
Stage I: The Preliminary Examination, which is objective in nature, will consist of two papers. This stage will be used to shortlist candidates for the Main Examination, and the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination will contribute to the final merit ranking.
Stage II: The Main Examination, which is descriptive in format, will include three papers. Candidates will be selected for the Personality Test (Stage III) based on their performance in this stage.
Stage III: The final stage is the Personality Test/Interview, which will assess the candidates’ overall suitability for the position.
Fee Structure :
Application fee is nil for SC / ST / PH/Female and Rs 200/- for other candidates. Fees should be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
How to Apply :
The application deadline for the aforementioned positions is 24-09-2024, and it can only be submitted electronically. To apply online, candidates should provide accurate information about themselves as documented by official documents. The online application requires a scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph and signature. After submitting their online application, applicants should print out a copy for their records.
