IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024 Executive (Sales and Operations (ESO)) 1000 Posts Online Application
Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 1000 posts of Executive (Sales and Operations (ESO)). After ensuring that they meet the relevant eligibility requirements, interested and qualified candidates may submit an online application by 16-11-2024. Candidates should submit all pertinent personal and academic data. Candidates should have an active personal email address and mobile number when filling out the form in order to register their application.
The appointment of ESOs will be purely on a contractual basis. The contract will initially be for a period of one year and may be reviewed for extension on a year-to-year basis for an additional period of one year. Upon successful completion of two years of contractual service, the appointee will become eligible for appointment as Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ in the Bank.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection process will consist of an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). The Online Test will include 200 multiple-choice questions, totaling 200 marks, with a duration of 120 minutes.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs 1050/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) is to be paid online using debit card, credit card or net banking.
How to Apply :
Candidates seeking the aforementioned positions may submit their applications online by 16-11-2024. Based on their credentials, applicants must properly fill out all online application forms, including name, father name, education, residence, etc. Photographs and signatures should be scanned and uploaded to the online application. After submitting the online application, applicants should print it out in case they need it in the future.
The text for the hand written declaration is as – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
